David brings over thirty years of Senior and Executive management experience in Airports and Route Support, Inflight Catering Operations, Commercial and Procurement services, Aviation Ancillary Revenue, and Travel Retail Solutions, most recently with IAG. Over half of David’s career has been spent in the Inflight Catering Arena, holding senior management with Alpha Flight Services and LSG Sky Chefs.

David brings a set of core skills and disciplines, principally covering: Inflight Catering Operations best practice, Fiscal and Compliance management, Halal Food procurement and production, and Commercial Pricing and Client relationship management.

More recently, David has added significant additional skill sets and competencies, principally in the field of Aviation Procurement and Aviation Services as Head of Ancillary Revenue at easyJet; VP Buy-on-Board and Inflight Retail Competence Centre at LSG; SVP and GM Asia Pacific at GuestLogix, Consultant to Saudia for their Inflight Product transformation programme, and Group Procurement Category Lead, supporting British Airways, Aer Lingus, Iberia and Vuelling.
