Pamela is an experienced leader with over 25 years experience in aviation and over 10 years in Ground Operations. She has extensive experience in Station Management and Head Office roles, including Regional Manager with a portfolio of 24 Stations.
Her experience covers both above and below the wing activities, focussing on all aspects of station performance including KPIs, Customer Service, Safety and Security, Cost Control and continuously driving performance improvements.
Pamela is an experienced trainer and mentor and since moving into consulting in 2018, has supported several projects in the Far East involving hands-on Hub management and supporting major organisational change.
