With many of our associates being part of global project management associations, we work within the best-practice frameworks such as PRINCE2 and PMI methodologies.
Having access to experts with backgrounds in multiple established project management methodologies gives us the opportunity to adapt quickly to the needs of our clients. We know that every project will follow slightly different processes but, broadly speaking, all projects move through an initiation, planning, execution and closing phase.
Our high-level project management methodology therefore follows a simple four phased approach, to which the detail is then adjusted to the specific challenge our client faces:
